Checking an order

Use MY PAGE on the web or the MY PAGE menu in the LINE chat to see recent orders and their status (awaiting payment / paid / shipped).

Delivery

• OPEN RUN items ship together after the round closes; ALL PRODUCTS items ship in sequence once payment is confirmed.
• The expected dispatch timing for each item is shown on its product page.
• Incomplete addresses or unreachable recipients delay delivery — please check your address before confirming.

Cancelling an order

A full cancellation is possible before the parcel leaves our warehouse; send the order number to the LINE OA. Once shipped, follow the return process below.

Exchange and refund

• Damaged, wrong or missing items — report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover shipping both ways.
• Change of mind — accepted within 7 days of delivery, unopened and resalable; return shipping is at your cost.
• For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics, unsealed supplements and drug-category items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time to land depends on your payment provider or bank.

Effect on BP cashback

If an order is cancelled or refunded, its cashback is reclaimed, because shares are computed on the amount actually paid. The sales record itself is not deleted — it stays, marked as refunded.

Tell us immediately if

• You have an adverse reaction — stop using the product, seek medical care and let us know.
• Anyone asks you to transfer money to a personal account in the name of BPX — that violates our rules; report it.
• An amount or cashback figure does not match your understanding — message us with the order number.
