Customers
Do I need to register before buying?
Add the LINE OA @167ciiyd and you can order right away. A customer account is created automatically so you can track orders and reorder later.
Why can I not buy some products?
BPX products move through states over time. COMING SOON is not on sale yet — you can only register interest.
OPEN RUN is a 4-week sale whose first week is reserved for BPs. After it closes the product moves to ALL PRODUCTS and stays orderable.
How do I pay?
Through the BPX checkout, using PromptPay and the other methods our payment provider supports. Never transfer money to a BP's personal account.
Where do I see my orders?
On MY PAGE on the web, or the MY PAGE menu inside the LINE chat.
Do I have to fill everything in again to reorder?
No. Tap REORDER and your previous order is loaded; you only confirm the address and payment method.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Send the order number and photos of what you received to the LINE OA. We will arrange an exchange or refund per the support policy.
BPs
Does joining as a BP cost anything?
No joining fee, no minimum sales, no stock purchase. Joining adds BP status to your existing account.
When do I get the 20% cashback?
It is recorded as yours the moment the customer's payment succeeds — not settled afterwards. Totals and payouts are on MY PAGE.
Do I still earn if the customer reorders without my QR?
Yes. Cashback belongs permanently to the BP who first introduced that product to that customer.
Why can I not buy during weeks 2–4?
To prevent self-purchase for one's own cashback. In that window a BP sells by sharing the QR; week 1 exists so BPs can buy and try the product.
How long is a QR valid?
30 days from issue, or until the OPEN RUN closes — whichever is earlier. You can always issue a new one.
If I stop being a BP, is my history deleted?
No. Stopping is a status change; sales and cashback already recorded remain.
